As a specialist provider it is important to us that you enjoy a perfect stay at our properties, please check availability then contact us by telephone or e-mail to discuss your requirements or ask any questions you may have before making a booking request. If we are unable to take your call please leave a message, we will respond to you no later than the following day.

Bookings can only be made by persons aged 21 or over.

After submitting this form and made the appropriate payment (a deposit if more than 6 weeks to date of arrival, otherwise payment in full, including any security deposit requested), will there be an agreement in respect of the booking: 

To book more than 6 weeks before your intended date of arrival:

On receipt of the booking request we will check the details of your requirements, we will contact you if the dates are unavailable to offer alternative dates available.

If the dates you require and special requirements can be accommodated we will confirm details of your provisional booking, which will be held for 7 days.

If the appropriate deposit (or if there are less than 6 weeks to your date of arrival, payment in full) is received within the 7 day period we will take this to mean you have agreed to make a booking in conjunction with our terms and conditions on the website, a copy will be attached to your provisional booking details. If we do not receive the payment due and the signed booking form within the 7 day period we will assume that you do wish to proceed with the booking and will release the dates for letting to someone else.

To book less than 6 weeks before your intended date of arrival:

Please note:

All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions on our website, a copy will be attached to your provisional booking details.

No payment is required until we are able to confirm your choice of dates is available and you have confirmed you want to proceed.

When you confirm your booking a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required, with the remainder of the balance to be received by The Perfect Stay at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (we accept most major credit cards) we will provide details with your confirmation. Please note payment by credit card will incur an additional 2% charge.
